Hospice Muskoka is hosting its 3rd annual Hike for Hospice at the Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery. The Rotary Club of Gravenhurst has been invited with other charities to set up a tent to feature our work of the Gravenhurst Health Hub.

We will be there to speak with the over 300 attendees about our project and the progress we have made.
