Throughout the cruise, guests will be treated to a live tribute performance celebrating the timeless music of Gordon Lightfoot. Enjoy beloved classics from Steve Rae and the Pony Man Band as they bring the spirit of one of Canada’s most cherished singer‑songwriters to life. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or discovering his music anew, the performance promises to be a highlight of the evening.
The night also features an in-cruise, Muskoka Author’s Associationbook signing, an engaging silent auction with an array of exciting items and experiences up for bid (see items below), and a catered dinner (see menu below) . As you dine, mingle, and explore the ship’s beautifully crafted spaces, you’ll be part of an event that supports the continued growth of the Gravenhurst Health Hub. Dinner Menu
Dinner is being catered by Jessica Anderson from Home Food Solutions https://www.homefoodsolutionsbyjess.com/. Jess is a classically trained and certified Red Seal Chef who has put together a delicious Italian themed dinner menu.
A grazing table will be offered prior to dinner with a selection of cured meats, soft and hard cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, vegetable crudite, dips and spreads, pickled vegetables and olives.
A pasta buffet will include: Chicken carbonara with crispy pancetta. Penne beef bolognese, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula and basil. Pesto pasta primavera (vegetarian and gluten free). Classic Caesar salad with croutons, bacon, Parmesan and lemon caesar dressing. Garden salad with choice of dressing. Garlic bread and assorted rolls with whipped butter.
Dinner will be finished with dessert platters with assorted squares, cookies and chocolate covered strawberries.
