Bob and Dale Barnes generously donate $10,000 to Health Hub project.

More generous members of the Gravenhurst community steps up to help end the healthcare crisis for our citizens with $10,000 donation.

In a powerful show of community leadership, Bob and Dale Barnes stepped forward earlier this year as the first gold sponsors of the Gravenhurst Health Hub. They recognized the urgent need for accessible primary health care for over 6,000 local residents. Their early commitment helped ignite momentum for the ambitious fundraising campaign, aimed at transforming health care delivery in the Muskoka region. With their $10,000 donation, the Barnes will be honoured on the Health Hub’s recognition wall as gold level sponsors. This lasting tribute will be seen by generations to come from those that invested in the well-being of Gravenhurst citizens.

The initiative continues to gain traction under the guidance of the Rotary Club of Gravenhurst. David Reid, President Elect for the club, and Bruce Hemphill, Chair of the Health Hub Steering Committee, are shown here, helping steer the project toward success. The club’s efforts reflect the deep-rooted spirit of collaboration and care that defines the town’s vision for the future of health care in Gravenhurst.

Donations of $1,000 or more will be honoured on the recognition wall in the finished Health Hub project.
