Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce hosts special “Before Hours” event.
The Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce hosted a unique “Before Hours” event in the 12,000 square-foot space allowing community business owners a chance to see the vision of the Gravenhurst Health Hub project.
The early‑morning event offered attendees a first look at the scale and potential of the future facility, creating a sense of momentum and shared anticipation among those present.
During the visit, Lorraine Johnston’s update on community health progress and Bruce Hemphill’s insights from the GHH Steering Committee helped frame the vision taking shape. Both speakers highlighted the significant strides already made and the goals that remain within reach, emphasizing that the project is nearing a major milestone. Their remarks underscored the collaborative spirit driving the initiative forward.
To help members visualize the transformation ahead, Gravenhurst Rotarian Chris Mintz chalked an outline of the floor plan which offered a tangible preview of how the space will function once renovated. A guided walking tour followed, allowing attendees to imagine the future layout coming to life around them. The atmosphere throughout the event was one of genuine excitement, fueled by the shared belief that the community is on the cusp of something remarkable.
Join Rotarian Chris Mintz to see the interactive display setup at 5 Pineridge Gate to help visitors get the sense of the facility once renovated.
