Cottage Country Family Health Team (CCFHT)) has issued an invitation to tender for medical office building alterations (2nd floor unfinished space) of the existing building located at 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst ON.

The project scope includes the supply and install of all material labour and equipment to construct common area demising walls, bathrooms and meeting room complete with all mechanical plumbing and electrical requirements.

The invitation is open to all general contractors (GC) with an emphasis on local business (GC, suppliers and sub-trades) participation.
